2. Services Provided

Precious Portable Toilets provides portable toilet and restroom rental services for construction sites, special events, and other temporary needs across Texas, Florida, and California. Our services include:

• Standard portable toilet rentals
• Deluxe portable restroom trailers
• ADA-compliant accessible units
• Hand washing stations
• Construction site services
• Long-term rental programs

3. Rental Terms and Conditions

3.1 Rental Period

Rental periods are specified in your service agreement. Standard rentals include weekly service. Long-term rentals are available with customized service schedules.

3.2 Delivery and Pickup

We will deliver units to the specified location during normal business hours. The customer is responsible for ensuring adequate access for delivery and pickup. Additional fees may apply for difficult access locations.

3.3 Service and Maintenance

Regular service includes cleaning, sanitizing, and restocking supplies. Service frequency is determined by the rental agreement. Emergency service is available 24/7 for an additional fee.

4. Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate delivery location and contact information
• Ensure the rental site is accessible for delivery and service vehicles
• Use the units only for their intended purpose
• Not move or relocate units without prior authorization
• Report any damage or service issues promptly
• Ensure units are not used for illegal activities
• Protect units from vandalism and theft to the extent possible

5. Pricing and Payment

5.1 Pricing

Prices are provided in quotes and are subject to change based on location, rental duration, and specific service requirements. All prices are in U.S. dollars.

5.2 Payment Terms

Payment is due according to the terms specified in your service agreement. We accept major credit cards, checks, and electronic payments. Late payments may incur additional fees.

5.3 Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before scheduled delivery. Cancellations made with less notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

6. Damage and Loss

Customers are responsible for any damage to or loss of rented units beyond normal wear and tear. This includes damage caused by vandalism, theft, fire, or improper use. Repair or replacement costs will be charged to the customer.

7. Liability and Insurance

Precious Portable Toilets maintains general liability insurance. However, we are not liable for:

• Injuries or damages resulting from improper use of units
• Delays in service due to weather, traffic, or other circumstances beyond our control
• Damage to property caused by customer-directed placement of units
• Loss or damage to personal property left in or around units

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate service and remove units if payment is not received, if units are being misused, or if the customer violates these Terms. Early termination by the customer may be subject to fees as specified in the service agreement.

9. Warranty Disclaimer

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We make every effort to maintain clean, functional units but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Precious Portable Toilets shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state where services are provided, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
